About

I'm a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner. The South Shore of Massachusetts and SW Florida are where I live and work. I conduct my practice both virtually and in person. I've previously held the credentials of a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Certified Integrative Health Coach. I'm a cancer survivor (Ewings sarcoma) and have been navigating life as a person with disabilities since 2009 as the result of a spinal cord injury. When I am closest to the ocean, I come alive. I love being outdoors and spending time in the garden. I care deeply about the health of my clients and the planet in general, and I am honored to connect individuals with targeted supplementation and information focused on their UNIQUE bio individuality.

Why I choose Thorne

I have been with Thorne since I opened my practice. I find this company has a unique approach in wellness and integrative function and delivering testing, education, and intervention (when/if needed).
