Hi there! My name is Kyle Cioffi. I have always been passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle, and over the years, I have dedicated myself to learning about the various ways in which we can optimize our mind and body's performance through nutrition, exercise, and other holistic practices. I believe I must become the best version of myself for my business, family, friends, those around me, and myself. - I am constantly learning about the latest research and trends in the field. Whether it's trying out new superfoods, experimenting with a new workout routine, or exploring the benefits of different supplements, I am always open to trying new things and seeing what works for me. I believe that our bodies are constantly changing and evolving and that we should be committed to finding what works best for us at any given time. Whether we're looking to improve our athletic performance, boost energy levels, or simply maintain overall health, we should always seek out ways to reach our goals. - I am based in the beautiful town of Sunapee, New Hampshire, where I enjoy staying active by running, hiking, walking, or going to my local gym. I enjoy spending my time with family/friends, working, creating content for my social media or newsletter, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and researching. Some current activities I'm practicing are writing, mindfulness, the Mediterranean diet, calisthenics, weight training, and boosting my cardiovascular health by running. I am committed to living a balanced and fulfilling life, and I am excited to continue sharing my knowledge and experience with my audience through my social platforms and now, this storefront. - My best advice for anyone who is looking to better their lives through health and fitness is to: (please do your own research, I am not a doctor nor a physician) 1. Cut processed foods and start eating only whole foods 2. Prioritize sleep 3. Stop looking for quick fixes (ex: fit-teas) and just put in the work 4. Move around more, get active, and lift weights 5. Get outside more and seek sunlight 6. Trust the process of it all
