I'm a sport, health, and food enthusiast from Belgium, but located in Los Angeles. Ever since I moved to the United States, I struggled to adapt to a new diet, and as a runner, it is very important to get all the right nutrients in. I run about 70 miles a week, and to reach my athletic goals, it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and to care about the little details that can make big changes. I love to share not only recipes, but the knowledge with other people who struggle, or want to know more about anything health related. It's important not only to feed our bodies but also our minds. Recovery mentally and physically is as important as putting in all the work. I am excited to be a new Thorne ambassador, and Thorne has helped me a lot in reaching my personal goals.
