Thorne 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Thorne Research, Inc. (“Thorne”), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason with a Thorne product purchased from Thorne or an authorized reseller within the United States, you may request a refund, store credit, or replacement product within 60 days of purchase.
Returns should be made directly to place of purchase whenever possible. If you purchased from Thorne’s website or an authorized reseller in the United States and are unable to resolve the issue with the reseller, you may contact Thorne directly to request a refund or a product credit.
Eligibility and Limitations
- The Guarantee applies only to products purchased in the United States.
- Coverage is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including unauthorized Internet sites, are not eligible, unless prohibited by law, as Thorne cannot verify purchase or product quality from these sources.
- Requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase and, if purchased from a reseller, a copy of the receipt must be provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Submit a Guarantee Request
- Contact the authorized reseller from whom you purchased the product to request a return.
- If you are unable to return your product to the reseller, contact Thorne Customer Service at 800-228-1966. Please have a copy of your receipt available.
- If approved, you will receive a Guarantee approval confirmation number and return instructions.
- Send the product, proof of purchase, and approval confirmation number to:

Additional Guidelines
Thorne reserves the right to verify purchase information, require valid proof of purchase such as a receipt, and deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Guarantee.
