Thorne 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Thorne Research, Inc. (“Thorne”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you’re not satisfied for any reason with a Thorne product you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, simply return it to the place of purchase for your money back, a store credit, or a replacement product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Thorne® product you purchased from our website or from one of our authorized sellers and you are not able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, you may contact Thorne directly to request a refund or a product credit for a purchase from Thorne. We want to make your purchasing experience with Thorne as satisfactory as possible. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Thorne 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. The Guarantee is applicable only in the United States. Test kits are not covered by the Guarantee.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact the authorized seller from whom you purchased the product. If you are unable to return your product to that seller, please call one of our experts at 800.228.1966 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Thorne product, a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Thorne reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Thorne 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
