I am a Christian, husband, dad, pop, athlete, coach (fitness-leadership-nutrition), and a veteran. I co-own a CrossFit gym and have been coaching, training, and competing in CrossFit for 10+ years. Before CrossFit, I ran 2,000 miles per year and played soccer - so sports and fitness are who I am.
