No. Items in the Rewards Shop can only be redeemed by using Reward Points.
When can I redeem rewards from the Thorne Rewards Shop?
Rewards can be redeemed at any time.
How many rewards can I redeem through the Thorne Rewards Shop?
Due to limited quantities, a Member of Thorne Rewards can only redeem one unit of any one reward per transaction. Members of Thorne Rewards cannot redeem more than 10 units of any one reward unit each calendar year. A Member must have the sufficient number of Reward Points for the reward being redeemed at the time of redemption. Reward Points will be deducted at the time of redemption.
What is the Thorne Rewards Shop?
Regardless of Reward Tier status, eligible Members of Thorne Rewards can use Reward Points to shop for items in the Thorne Rewards Shop. The Rewards Shop features samples, Thorne merchandise, and other specialty items that can be redeemed using Reward Points.
If I am enrolled in online dispensing, will I earn Reward Points through online dispensing purchases?
No. Health-care practitioners who are enrolled in online dispensing do not earn Reward Points on sales made to their patients through Thorne’s online dispensing program.
Will I earn Reward Points when I purchase a Thorne product with my Referral Program credits?
No. You do not earn Reward Points when you use Referral Program credits.
Will I earn Reward Points when I purchase a product on promotion or with a coupon code?
Yes. When a Thorne product is purchased that is on promotion or a coupon code is used, then the Member will receive the Reward Points that are equivalent of the dollar amount actually charged.
Will I earn Reward Points on a subscription order?
Yes. Subscription orders that are charged to your account after you enroll in the Thorne Rewards program do earn Reward Points. Although, because products purchased on subscription are discounted, the Member will receive Reward Points equivalent to the discounted purchase price.
What happens if I cancel a product order? How will that affect my Reward Points?
Reward Points are earned when you purchase a Thorne product. A Thorne Rewards member who cancels a purchase will not receive Reward Points for the cancelled purchase.
What happens if I return a product order? How will that affect my Reward Points?
Reward Points that are earned from a purchase are deducted from a Member’s Thorne Points Bank if the products purchased are returned. Therefore, it is possible that a Member’s Thorne Points Bank could have a negative balance after a product has been returned.
