How do I find my account settings to update my information?

After you log-in to your account, hover over the Profile icon at the top right of your screen and choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu. You can also access your Account Settings from your Profile page by clicking on the gear icon.


Can I obtain a Certificate of Additional Insured from your insurance company that shows I am covered under Thorne's product liability insurance policy?

Because Thorne has thousands of health-care practitioner-customers, we do not obtain a Certificate of Additional Insured for individual health-care practitioner-customers. Please be assured, however, that under our broad-form, thirty-party vendor product liability insurance policy, you are, indeed, covered under Thorne's product liability insurance policy for every Thorne product you purchase.  However, if you absolutely must have a Certificate of Additional Insured, then we can obtain one for you.

What methods of payment does Thorne accept?

Thorne accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Paypal is also available for online orders only.

What if I forget my customer account number?

Your Thorne customer account number is assigned to your account at the time you set up your customer account. Contact Thorne’s Customer Service Department at 800-228-1966 if you need to retrieve your customer account number.

Does Thorne have field representatives who are available to assist me?

Are there any hidden fees with auto-shipments?

No. Auto-shipping is a free feature that Thorne offers to its customers, although the normal shipping and handling charges apply to auto-shipments.

Can I have products auto-shipped to me?

Yes. At the time you place an order, you will have the option to select the frequency of how often you would like Thorne products to be auto-shipped to you.

How do I apply for a Thorne health-care practitioner account?

It is easy to register for a health-care practitioner-customer account on the Thorne website. Visit thorne.com, click Sign In, then choose "Professional Account" to begin the registration process. Please have a pdf (less than 1MB) of your professional credentials as well as your SSN or EIN available so the information can be uploaded when you register.

Will my existing subscriptions work after the website is updating on January 18th, 2018?

Yes, your existing subscriptions will continue to generate as you originally set them up. To manage your subscriptions, simply click on the "subscriptions" tab in your profile.
