About
Hi, I’m Jayna Iwanski—a neuro-linguistics programming coach and licensed massage therapist with a passion for the mind-body connection. I believe our bodies are our greatest asset, yet the connection between body and brain is often overlooked until we experience physical or emotional injury. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in deep tissue massage, brain-body connections, and specialized kinesiology. Since 2012, I’ve been a licensed massage therapist and renewed my national board certification in 2023. In 2019, I expanded my practice to include NLP coaching and am actively working on an international certification in mental health. At Roots Holistic Health Spa & Studio, I am committed to helping you reach your unique definition of peak performance by combining insights in nutritions gaps and bodywork with transformative mind-body techniques for holistic health and empowerment.
