I am a Principal Dancers with a ballet company, and have had the privilege of dancing at venues across the US, Europe, and Asia. I joined my company at age 19 and had less than ideal nutrition habits, and it wasn't until the lockdown that I found myself looking for ways to stay in shape and began changing those habits. I focused on cross-training and was exploring exercise in a way that I previously hadn't but it wasn't until an injury in May 2021 that I found myself prioritizing my nutrition and supplementation more thoughtfully. Thorne has been a continued source of reliable and clinically proven nutrients and was a helping hand in cutting 3 months off of my recovery time.
