About

I am a dietetic intern and health coach passionate about helping women feel amazing in their bodies. Through learning about nutrition and movement, I help women understand how to eat well, alleviate stress, and incorporate exercise that feels good. When I'm not studying, in supervised practice, working, or driving kids to practice, you can find me on my Peloton bike, walking my lab, or hiking around Colorado Springs!
