She is passionate about health and helping people maximize their quality of life through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. Taylor specializes in strength training, gut health, and biomechanics. As a coach with 10+ years of experience, powerlifter, and jiu jitsu athlete, she understands the benefits of strength training and exercise as well as the chronic fatigue and burnout that can come with it. Her goal is to provide fitness and nutrition programs that are realistic, sustainable, and efficient.
