Hello- I have been a registered dietitian for 18 years and am holistic wellness couch specializing in wellness for peri-menopausal women. I am currently developing and 12 week wellness program for women that coaches clients on how work with their bodies and hormones to lose weight, gain every and boost confidence without fad diets, calorie counting or the use of medications. So many of the principles women have been using to lose weight actually go against our bodies natural hormones and make the weight loss process harder. I am here to teach women how to develop health, energizing, sustainable eating habits that will give them energy for the rest of their lives. In addition, I help clients look at factors such and sleep, stress, relationships to make this a holistic wellness program that is nourishing for the body and soul.
