WELCOME! My family and I have been happily using THORNE for 4 years and the proof is in our blood work and how we feel! I specialize in Athletes, Pregnancy, Moms, Vegan Diet and Teen Health. I have been a health advocate for 30 years. I became vegetarian at 13 and vegan at 18. I had 3- 10lb babies as a vegan who supplemented properly. Vegans have low birth weight babies which innately are high risk- the doctors were quite surprised at how I managed my vegan pregnancies. After each large baby was born - I knew supplements were not just "placebo" pills. My 3 kids are now grown and are not vegetarian. They are all elite athletes who also believe in good health and continue to take Thorne vitamins and supplements. You will find me on the daily reading up on how to stay healthy- holistically, keeping current on the latest findings, which are always a moving target- how much of this and that to take to get you feeling good. Nutrition is a field that is constantly evolving which is why I trust Thorne- a science backed company. I have been a personal trainer, a yoga teacher and a holistic health professional for 13 years.
