About
Dan began his fitness journey 15 years ago. His father was an amateur bodybuilder and his mother avidly pursued clean eating. It is almost as if he was destined to work in the fitness industry. Dan became an ISSA certified personal trainer 2 years ago. His passion for nutrition led him to get certified as a nutrition coach last year. He then launched Evolve Nutrition and Training where he has worked with clients remotely. Dan was born and raised in Lebanon, NH. Then traveled to Sarasota, FL to attend art school. When he returned after school, he started building furniture. He is now a co-owner of a custom furniture company and works out of his home in Concord, NH. He lives with his wife, step-daughter and 2 rescue dogs. He enjoys staying busy with yard work, house projects, reading and trips to the lake.
