About

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength coach. My passion is helping lifters hit pain-free PR's by taking a WHOLE-ISTIC approach. That includes nutrition, sleep, and stress, AS well as supplements to help optimize those areas in addition to all the exercise/rehab types of things. I got fed up with the healthcare system because it doesn't help lifters like you overcome aches and pains and keep you in the sport. We don't believe in taking extended time off the gym, and I know you don't want to. So how do we find a way to get you the results you're chasing, pain-free? It's simple. We listen to you. I think it's important to note that while supplements are great and can help you feel great.. they are just that, supplements. so while taking these, be sure to focus on the other aspects of health and wellness too to get the most bang for your buck!

Why I choose Thorne

Thorne offers something unique, their ultra tested supplements and the fact that they partner with Mayo was a huge highlight for me. Like myself, thorne focuses on optimizing as much as they can between their supplements and their take 5 daily. Honestly, I've been with other companies before and they just didn't fit ME, but Thorne does and has options for almost everyone!
