Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Thorne Referral Program (“Referral Program”). Because the following terms and conditions of the Referral Program (“Referral Program Terms & Conditions”) govern your participation in the Thorne Referral Program, please read them carefully. If you participate in the Referral Program, then you agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree to the Referral Program Terms & Conditions, then you cannot participate in the Referral Program.

The Referral Program Terms & Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use of, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the Referral Program. Terms and conditions not defined in the Referral Program Terms & Conditions will have the meaning as they are defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use. If the Referral Program Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of Use, then the Referral Program Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the Referral Program.

1. About the Referral Program

If you have an active retail account, Thorne will provide you with the opportunity to invite your friends and family members (each, an “Invitee”) to become a customer of Thorne. Participation in the Referral Program is by invitation only and is completely voluntary. All retail accounts will be able to send Referral Program invitations. We will notify you in the personal profile section of your Account on when someone accepts your invite by creating a Thorne account and making a purchase. The Referral Program is limited to a maximum of 5 referrals per calendar year, and a cumulative lifetime limit of 20 referrals.

Retail accounts will be provided with the opportunity to earn referral credits (“Referral Credits”) when you refer an eligible Invitee to become a customer of Thorne through the Referral Program. 2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer (this is the person who sends out the invitation) or to earn Referral Credits, you must have and maintain an active Thorne account, and be in good standing. Thorne reserves the right to terminate your participation from the Referral Program if you do not comply with the Referral Terms & Conditions.

3. Referral Credits

If you are eligible to earn Referral Credits, then we will let you know in the personal profile section of your Account. You receive Referral Credits if your Invitee clicks on your Referral Program invitation link, your Invitee is a new Thorne customer who has not previously created an account or ordered on Thorne, completes the registration process, and places an order for Thorne products in connection with the respective Referral Credits. We will notify you via email when you have earned Referral Credits. The amount of Referral Credits you can receive and the time period in which you can earn Referral Credits are subject to limitation.

Referral Credits will expire on the cancellation of your Thorne account and will expire in 90 days if not applied to an order. All referral credits must be used on

4. Referral Program Invitations

To send a Referral Program invitation, visit the personal profile page in your Account on and follow the instructions. You will need to submit personal information about your Invitee, such as name and e-mail address. All information collected, stored, processed, or shared through the Referral Program will be subject to Thorne’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to Thorne’s collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information of your Invitees, and you acknowledge that you have read and accepted Thorne’s Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions

In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the Terms and Conditions of Use, you agree that the following activities are prohibited and engaging in any of these activities will be grounds for termination from the Referral Program and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Referral Program invitations and accrued, but not yet used, Referral Credits.

  1. Bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your Referral Program invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Referral Program or the Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
  3. Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your Invitees beyond the Referral Program invitation, or otherwise using your Referral Program Invitations or Referral Credits for promotional purposes.
  4. Sending a Referral Program invitation to the same household in which the Referrer resides.
  5. No exchange of value for the Referral Program invitation or any Referral Credit (whether cash, products, or barter) is allowed, and Referral Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals or accounts.
6. Additional Terms and Conditions

Thorne reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program or any part thereof, either temporarily or permanently. If Thorne modifies or discontinues the Referral Program, then Thorne will let you know via email or by posting a notice on Thorne will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Referral Program. Thorne reserves the right to amend, modify, or waive these Referral Program Terms & Conditions at any time in Thorne’s sole discretion.
