I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-4552) trained in EMDR, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, family systems and attachment theory. Additionally, I am a Certified Brain Health Coach. I completed my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Drug and Alcohol Studies from Boise State University in 1994, my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara in 1997. With over 30 years education and experience I am focused on helping you resolve symptoms and trauma as well as develop skills to thrive in your life. you create lasting change.
