My name is Nancy Rozina and I am a wholistic, lifestyle health coach. My own fitness journey began in 2008 when I ran my first marathon at the age of 48. When I crossed the finish line I was crying and not because of the pain in my legs but I realized I could do anything and the power of exercise. For the next 5 years I became very competitive. I was strong, lean and fast and believing I was "invincible" I kept pushing my limits. The fact that I was tired, almost all the time I wasn't working out, and people were asking me about my health I was losing so much weight did not stop me. I was proud of my progress and what I believed to be "amazing body". Needless to say I ran my body into the ground which resulted in a major injury. It took 2 years to be able to run again. After almost 30 years as a speech pathologist in 2015 I started my wellness company, Fitness At Work, LLC with the mission to help adults live a long, healthy life. Recognizing that being healthy is a life long journy. Starting as a personal trainer in 2011, I quickly realized that health is much more than "exercise". While exercise is important it is only one component, true health and wellness is related to our genetics, lifestyle, stage in life and our dreams. My health and fitness coaching practice is wholistic and individualized. I have come to realize that not everyone is seeking a coach but most of us are seeking health. It is important to have a person and place that you can trust. Thorne is a company I trust and am confident my clients will discover what they need to optimize their health and performance.
