What happens if I recently purchased a test kit or health panel? Will I still be able to get my results?
Customers will be able to activate and complete their test kits and health panel in-lab testing through June 1, 2026. Customers with un-activated kits, or lab requisitions, will receive communication via email to help ensure they complete the process in time. After June 1, 2026, test activation, or lab requisitions, will no longer be supported.
Will I still be able to access my past test results and insights?
Yes, your past test results and insights will continue to be available within your Thorne.com account.
Will anything change with my personal health data or biomarker data?
All data continues to be handled in accordance with our privacy policies and industry standard. See more information here.
