Rewards

Members can view their Reward Points in the “Thorne Points Bank.” When the Member is logged in, the Thorne Points Bank can be found at the top navigation bar, as well as on the Membership page in the Account profile. Here, the Member can view his or her current Reward Points balance and past Reward Points activity.

Reward Points that go unredeemed will expire if a Member does not make a purchase of Thorne products or redeem their Reward Points after 18 months. Thorne will notify a Member by email when their Reward Points are ready to expire.

Thorne Rewards is free to join for any eligible customer. No minimum purchase is required to join Thorne Rewards. All that is required is your email address to create a new Thorne.com account or an already existing Thorne.com account. When creating a new Thorne.com account, a customer is prompted with the option at the end of the Account creation process, to join Thorne Rewards. If a customer already has an existing Thorne.com account, then the customer can opt into Thorne Rewards through his/her Account Profile when logged in.

Thorne Rewards is the Thorne rewards program that enables customers to earn Reward Points when they purchase Thorne products. Joining is free. After a customer enrolls in Thorne Rewards, the customer is considered to be a Member. Members can redeem Reward Points for special products featured in the Thorne Rewards Shop. Members are categorized into different Reward Tiers based on their yearly purchases, with different benefits being available for each Reward Tier.
