What precautions do I need to take before getting my blood draw for Biological Age Test?
We recommend making a morning blood draw appointment at the lab because your blood should be taken fasted, meaning do not consume food or beverages other than water for 10-12 hours beforehand. Be sure to drink water in the morning so you are hydrated. You can take prescriptions as usual, but we do recommend holding off on vitamins or other non-prescriptions until after the draw. There is no need to avoid exercise or other usual habits the day before your blood draw.
