What happens when I send a Referral Program invite and my friend creates an account but doesn’t make a purchase?

You can only receive Referral Credits when a friend signs up and purchases at least one Thorne product. You will be notified via email when your friend’s order ships, which is when your Referral Credits will be added to your account.
