How do I give feedback about Taia?
We are continuously striving to enhance your customer experience.
To provide feedback about Taia, please navigate to the menu icon (3 dots) in the chat window. From there, select “Give Feedback.” The chat window also provides the ability to provide feedback on each message from Taia through the thumbs up and thumbs down icons below each response.
If the customer has detailed feedback that they shared directly with the CS team, the PHE team is very open to understanding the nature of this feedback for future improvement consideration.
