Hi! Iâm Ashley, and Iâve been working on losing weight since I was 16. In 2022 and at 24 years old, I decided to get Gastric Sleeve surgery and work on my mental health and Binge Eating Disorder. The result was 170 pounds lost, off of two mental health meds, off of my thyroid medication, and a whole new amazing outlook on life! My health has always been a priority to me, and I am excited to extend my life from just weightloss to ultimate health.
