My name is Jake Meier, and I am an aspiring fitness professional with a deep passion for health, wellness, and performance. Throughout my life, my family has struggled with medical conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart disease, obesity, and depression. When I was a child, I never knew that state of my parent's health--I was constantly worried that I was going to lose those those closest to me. At that time, I made a vow to take care of my health so that my future family would never have those concerns about me. I am partnering with Thorne to help promote a healthy lifestyle that will function to bridge the gap between health and healthy lifestyles.
