Hi everyone! I am currently a student-athlete at Boise State University. I compete on both the Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams! Being a student-athlete means taking care of your body in many different ways. One way I take very seriously is nutrition and supplements. There's only so much you can do physically, and I want to do everything I can to be the best version of myself! I am always expanding my knowledge with which supplement will work best for me and benefit me most.
