My name is Declan Cronin and I am a pitcher in the Chicago White Sox organization. As a professional athlete, I rely on my body for maximal output year-round. In the off-season I train hard for hours a day, pushing my body to the limits. In-season, a 120+ game schedule means I need to give myself every possible chance to recover and bounce back day after day.
