Why does my coupon code say it's invalid?

Some coupon codes are time sensitive, so it could be that you are using a coupon code that has expired. It is also possible that the code you have is not a coupon code, but a code you type in the Order comments at checkout. You should review the promotional email you received that provided the guidelines for using that coupon code.
