Tests
How often should I retest my Biological Age?
Biological Age is best to be tracked over time so you can see how your lifestyle is affecting the way you age. We typically recommend no sooner than 3 months as many of your blood biomarkers need time to change after you make changes to your lifestyle and diet. We recommend retesting 1-3 times a year, and especially before and during the time you make a behavior change.
