How do I give feedback about Taia?
We are continuously striving to enhance your customer experience.
To provide feedback about Taia, please tap the menu icon (3 dots) in the chat window. From there, select “Settings” and select “Give Feedback” in the Settings menu. The chat window also provides the ability to provide feedback on each message from Taia through the thumbs up and thumbs down icons below each response.
