Professional Statement

Will is a former track and field runner who has found that kettlebell resistance training increases atheletic performance, strengthens the entire-body, and ultimately reduces body fat. He believes that training is a lifetime endeavor, and views it as a practice and not just working out. His training is centered on developing core and glute strength while utilizing the full-body rather than training isolated muscle groups, which he feels results in a more intelligent body. He specializes in cardiovascular endurance, conditioning, full-body muscular strength, flexibility, and mobility. Will brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all his students and classes.
