We realize it's not always convenient for a patient to travel to your office each time a product needs to be refilled. To help you better serve these patients, we offer you the flexibility of setting up a drop-ship service. Please contact one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to walk you through the details of the program.

Thorne products are available to licensed health-care practitioners. However, as a convenience to our practitioner-customers, we do provide a limited number of non-restricted products to consumer patients who live in rural areas.

Thorne's website provides a wealth of information that benefits Thorne practitioner-customers, including downloadable articles, monographs, and webinars, as well as informative product information. In addition, thorne.com provides the ability to conveniently order Thorne products online.

In addition to Thorne's customer-friendly qualities described above, we also offer a number of discount opportunities for our practitioner-customers, including our bulk discount program. The bulk discount program applies to the purchase of any combination of stock products. To make this advantage even more rewarding, a practitioner-customer receives discounts when ordering Thorne products on-line.

Thorne wants to make it easy, convenient, and affordable for our practitioner-customers to order products – so there are no shipping charges on orders that meet the required $200 minimum. Thorne ships products via FedEx Ground to accounts in surrounding states and FedEx Saver (3 business days) everywhere else. FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight are available for an additional fee.

In addition, Thorne's highly respected Alternative Medicine Review is provided as a complimentary benefit to each active practitioner-customer who purchases over a minimum amount of product annually.
