Login for an Existing Thorne Health-Care Professional

If you are an existing Thorne health-care professional customer and have a password from the old website, your login information will be the same. You will, however, be required to create or recreate your password. We also request that you update your information in MY ACCOUNT PROFILE to make sure everything is accurate.

Login Missing for an Existing Thorne Health-Care Professional

We made every possible effort to import existing health professional customer account information. Unfortunately, if some information was missing from your account we were unable to transfer any information. In this case you will need to set up a new account and wait for customer service to verify your account before you can utilize the new website to its fullest. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Setting Up a New Thorne Health-Care Professional Account

If you are a new practitioner-customer and do not have a "User Name" and "Password," then you can sign up to become a new practitioner-customer account by going to the top of the page to MY ACCOUNT and follow the prompts.

Order Placing for Health-Care Professionals

If you are a health-care professional with an existing account and simply want to place an order, the easiest way to do that on this version of the website (after logging in) is to go to the search field on the top right of every screen, where you can enter a product code or name, and click GO. Select the product you want by clicking on the name or image, enter in a quantity on the product page, and add to Cart. We have also added a Catalog Quick Order feature to make your ordering process faster. This feature can be found at the bottom of any homepage, above Community..

Benefits to Ordering On Line

  • Additional Discount

    A health-care professional who orders online is given an additional 2 percent discount over and above the volume discounts you may already be taking advantage of.
  • Order Review

    Online orders will be stored on the website so you can review what you have ordered in the past. Unfortunately, telephone orders placed with a Customer Service representative will not be available to review online.
  • Faster Order Processing

    Another feature we will be adding in a few weeks will allow you to repeat previous online orders. You will be able to populate your shopping cart with the same items and quantities you ordered previously &ndash then you can edit, delete, or add items, and your order will be placed even quicker than before.

Address Change for a Health-Care Professional

For security purposes, when you need to change your shipping address, one of our Customer Service representatives will need to verify the new address with your office before any new orders can be shipped.

Second Office Location for a Health-Care Professional

Our system will only allow a health-care professional customer to have one shipping address for his or her place of business. If you have more than one place of business, then you will need to set up a separate account for each "ship-to" address.

Health-Care Professional Search

If you are a health-care professional who is looking for more information on products, wish to view a webinar in our education series, or get more detailed information on products, you must be logged in. When logged in you can find information in the RESOURCES tab on individual product pages. Thorne Research also offers a number of educational resources to our customers, including articles and monographs, product literature, webinars, and videos. To find these resources, click on Practitioners, then Resources, from the homepage.

Patient Orders

If you are a patient of a health-care practitioner who does not stock Thorne Research products, you can still place an order. You can add products to the shopping cart and you will be prompted to either set up an account if you do not have one or to login when you want to check out.

Patient Questions

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration limits the amount and kind of information we are able to provide both patients and health-care practitioners alike. Each product page has basic information that includes ingredients, a brief description, suggested use, warnings, etc. We also provide interesting articles on health issues, a list of frequently asked questions, and we provide a lot of information about what we do and how we manufacture our products. When a patient has more questions than we can answer, the appropriate thing to do is to contact his or her health-care practitioner.

Finding a Health-Care Practitioner

We will soon be adding a feature to the website that will help consumers locate health-care practitioners who dispense Thorne Research products. In the meantime, you can use the "Contact Us" form and e-mail us your request. One of our Customer Service representatives will help you find a practitioner in your area.
