Deproloft is a multi-faceted formula designed to safely enhance mood and cognition.* It combines several nutrients and botanicals, such as St. John's wort, Rhodiola, L-tyrosine, and 5-HTP, with other key ingredients, including Eleutherococcus and GABA, to promote healthy neurotransmitter and adrenal function.*

Low serum and red blood cell concentrations of vitamin B12 can have an adverse effect on mood.* Vitamin B12 supports healthy neurological function and red blood cell formation, two factors that can enhance overall mood and stress management.*

Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is a well-known adaptogen and is included in Deproloft to provide general adrenal support.* Gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), an inhibitory neurotransmitter that balances excessive excitatory responses in the brain, is included to help allay stress and support a calm state of mind.* Deproloft is safe and effective for mood enhancement and a valuable addition to any stress management plan.*

Ingredients

One Capsule Contains:
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 125 mg.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate) 2.5 mg.
Folate (as 5-Methyl-tetrahydrofolate) 200 mcg.
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalmin) 275 mcg.
Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) 34 mcg.
Rhodiola extract (root) (Rhodiola rosea) 25 mg.
St. John's Wort extract (flower) (Hypericum perforatum) 75 mg.
Eleuthero extract (root) (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 25 mg.
L-Tyrosine 100 mg.
5-Hydroxytryptophan 13 mg.
Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) 125 mg.
Pantethine 65 mg.
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule. May contain one or more of the following hypoallergenic ingredients to fill space – MagnesiumCitrateLaurate, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.

Suggested Use: One capsule three times daily, or as otherwise directed by a health-care practitioner.

Warnings

ALLERGY WARNINGS
Deproloft is contraindicated in an individual with history of hypersensitivity to any of their ingredients.

Iodine may occasionally cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.

EXCIPIENT FREE
This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, or magnesium, calcium, or vegetable stearates.

PREGNANCY WARNING
If pregnant or nursing, do not use this product.

INTERACTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS
5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) supplementation is not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy, as it can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, 5-MTHF has not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate.

St. John's Wort is a known inducer of cytochrome p450 (3A4) and thus can reduce blood levels of medications that are metabolized via this enzyme.

Tyrosine is contraindicated in individuals taking an MAO inhibitor antidepressant medication.
