Product Information
Ginkgo biloba is the oldest living tree species and the oldest traditional medicine system, Chinese medicine, has utilized Ginkgo preparations for over 5,000 years. Modern Ginkgo extracts are standardized to contain 24-percent flavone glycosides and 6-percent terpene lactones - the naturally occurring constituents of Ginkgo that appear to be its active ingredients. Research indicates Ginkgo has neuroprotective and memory-enhancing effects, in addition to antioxidant and cardioprotective activity.* Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated that Ginkgo supplementation can support cognitive health and promote memory and cognitive function in healthy individuals as well as individuals with cognitive decline.*
GB24 contains the extract (standardized to 24-percent Ginkgo heterosides) used in many of the clinical studies.
Ingredients
One Capsule Contains:
Ginkgo extract (leaf) (Ginkgo biloba) 40 mg.
Ginkgo extract (leaf) (Ginkgo biloba) 40 mg.
Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule. May contain one or more of the following hypoallergenic ingredients to fill space – Silicon Dioxide, Leucine.
Suggested Use:
One capsule three times daily, or as otherwise directed by a health-care practitioner.

Warnings
ALLERGY WARNINGS
This product is contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
EXCIPIENT FREE
This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, or magnesium, calcium, or vegetable stearates.
PREGNANCY WARNING
If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product.
INTERACTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS
Because of the blood-thinning effects of Ginkgo, GB24 should be used with caution or avoided in an individual on anticoagulant therapy.
